1. When making incisions, be sure to cut up through
the hair and not down on the hair.
2. Cut the feet off at the ankle joint and cut the
head off at the base of the skull.
3. If not taking to a taxidermists right away, roll up
the hide, place in a plastic bag and freeze.
Make sure the cuts are centered with the middle of the pads.
